How long will my delivery take?
Regular Orders: Orders usually ship within 5–7 business days (Monday to Friday). For most serviceable pin codes, delivery takes 7–10 days. Delays can occur due to weather, strikes, remote locations, stocking issues, or other unforeseen reasons.
Preorders: Shipping timelines are mentioned on the specific product page. Please check the product details for dispatch dates before ordering.
How can I track my order?
After you complete your order, you will receive an email with tracking details within 3–6 business days. You will also get updates from our shipping partner on your email.

What happens if I am not able to receive my parcel?
The courier company will attempt multiple deliveries. If they are unsuccessful the shipment will be returned to us. A refund will be processed as per our policy once we receive the return.
I have received a damaged product. What should I do?
Please email photos of the damage to customerhappiness@thetallelephant.com. After assessment we will send a replacement for the damaged pieces or process a refund as per your preference. Refunds take 7–10 business days. For more information refer to our refund policy.
I received only a part of my order. What should I do?
We try to ship all products in a single package. If something is missing, email customerhappiness@thetallelephant.com within 3 days of delivery. We will investigate and send the missing items.
My tracking shows delivered, but I have not received the item.
If you live in an apartment or gated community, first check with your security or front desk. If you still have not received it, email customerhappiness@thetallelephant.com within 24 hours of the delivered status. We are unable to follow up with the courier partner after the 24-hour window.
Can I cancel my order?
No. All products are made to order and often customized. We are unable to accept cancellations once an order is placed. Please review product details and preorder timelines carefully before purchasing. For concerns about damage or defects, refer to the damage and replacement section above.
Are there special terms for preorders?
Yes. Preorders have specific dispatch windows shown on each product page. These timelines may differ from regular orders. By placing a preorder you agree to the stated dispatch window on that product page.
How can I place a bulk order?
