How long will my delivery take?
- All orders usually gets shipped within 5-7 business days. Our business days are Monday-Friday.For most serviceable pin codes, we try to deliver within 7-10 days. But due to unforeseen circumstances like weather, strikes, remote locations, stocking issues, or any other reason - it may take longer.
How can I track my order?
- Once you complete your order, you’d receive an email with the tracking details within 3-6 Business days with the tracking details. Alternatively, you can mail us at email@example.com or WhatsApp on +91 9886 30 50 51. You also will get regular updates from our shipping partner on your email.
What happens if I’m not able to receive my parcel?
- The courier company will attempt multiple delivery attempts. They’ll send back the product to us if they are unsuccessful, and you will receive the refund as per our policy.
I have received a damaged product, what do I do?
- Please send us an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with the pictures of the damage. We’ll assess the damage and send across a replacement for the damaged pieces or give you a refund as per your preference. Refund will take 7-10 business days. Please refer to our refund and cancelation policies for details.
What should I do if I have received only a part of my order?
- We will always make sure that all the products you ordered are sent in one package. Please send us an email to email@example.com in case if there is any missing products within 3 days of receiving the package. We’ll assess the cause of the error send across the missing pieces.
My Tracking link says item delivered, but I haven’t received the item. What should I do?
- In case if you are living in an apartment/gated community please ensure that the delivery is not with the security. If you haven’t received the order then, please send email to firstname.lastname@example.org within 24 hours. (please note that we will not be able to follow up with the courier partner post the 24 hour deadline)
Can I cancel my order?
- Please mail us any cancelation requests to email@example.com. Please note that we can accept cancelation requests only before we ship the product from our warehouse. After it is shipped, we will not be able to cancel it.
- We will not be able to take cancelation requests for pre-order/pre-launch orders and customized orders as the product will be designed exclusively for you.
