This 7-Day Journaling Challenge with me will help you get to know yourself better and know which parts of you need to be made better and which parts of you need to be used better to get in greater touch with your emotions.


Appreciate how words can be used as tools for better mental health. We use journaling modalities to remove barriers and integrate new beliefs to transform your life.🦋



DAY 1 - Introduction Session

Explore the WHY, WHAT & HOW of journaling. It’s that time of the year for resolutions and plans for the coming months. In this session, get introduced to the Vision Board and long-term goal setting which will help you feel the achievement of your goals and dreams.


DAY 2 - Journal Vs Planner

Most people want a way to keep track of things that go on in their daily lives, and that’s often where journals or planners come in. However, although both tools have similar note-taking functions, they are quite different, since they are used for separate purposes. In this session, we’ll deep dive and learn what exactly is journal and how is it different from a planner. We’ll also be converting your vision board into level 10 goals and mind mapping.


DAY 3 - Vision Board & Goals

Now that you’ve got the visin board and level 10 goals set, we’ll now be setting up a mini vision board and form short-term goals which will turn out to be your habits. In this process, you’ll be introduced to our habit tracker that helps you build a habit. 


DAY 4 - Brain Dump

In this session, you’ll be introduced to brain dump - A technique that involves removing the “overthinking” thoughts from your mind and placing them somewhere else. And to track your expenses, habits, To-Do lists, etc, you’ll be introduced to different types of trackers.


DAY 5 - Mindful Bedtime Ritual

What you do before going to bed has a significant impact on what your subconscious mulls over while you sleep, and on your mental state when you wake up the next morning. Turning your mind off is a challenge when you’re stressed or anxious. This session is all about a nightly routine that helps you relax, fall asleep more easily, and be better prepared for the next day.


DAY 6 - Journal with Krupalini

Woohoo!!! 

Now that you have a clear understanding of Journaling, in this session we'll be doing it together. I am so looking forward to this fun and interactive session.
